The accepted papers that potentially have national or international significance will also be considered for publication in the "Special Annual Issue". Special Annual Issue will cover the best manuscripts published under all the journals in The SIJ. This issue will be published every year in the month of February.

The authors should submit their manuscript only in single-column format (authors should strictly follow the specified margin setup, font size and line spacing as specified in manuscript preparation guidelines). Length of the manuscript should not exceed 20 pages, including text, figures and references. In general, readers are comfortable with manuscripts of length less than 10 pages.

Citations should be done using square brackets as like [1], [3, 4].

Yes, the authors can suggest reviewers name in the corresponding space during online submission. Suggesting reviewers is not mandatory.

Article will be selected by the AE and send to three expert peer reviewers (One Indian Reviewer, one Foreign Reviewer and one Guest Reviewer). Guest reviewers will be selected based on the relevance of manuscript's application.

Yes, a sample final copy will be sent to corresponding author's email for confirmation. If there is any correction in alignment or spelling mistake, the author has to reply within 4 days (There is no possibility to change anything in title, methodology or results after double-blind peer-review process). If there is no reply from the author, then it is confirmed that the sample copy is final.

The corresponding author has to submit the revised manuscript within 7 days together with the Scanned copy of Copyright Form and payment proof to Submit@TheSIJ.com. If the revised manuscript, copyright form and payment proof are not received within 7 days, it will be considered withdrawn.

Yes, the authors retain copyright of their work but must grant an exclusive publication license to The SIJ. The copyright transfer covers the complete right to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, translations, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions of similar nature.

Art may appear in color only in the on-line version of the journal. Black-and-white versions will be used by the publisher for the print version. For this reason, if you are transmitting artwork in color please make sure that the colors you use will work well when converted to grayscale.

There are different ways to deposit manuscript publication charge :

  1. By directly depositing fees through nearby bank in account number.
  2. By transferring fees through their net banking option.
  3. By taking Cheque / Demand Draft (DD).
  4. Using PayPal Account / Credit or Debit Card.

Amount equal to USD ($) charges will apply for all countries (except INDIA).

If the author wants to get one additional hard copy of published issue, he/she has to pay 1000 INR / 60 USD as extra charges. The SIJ will dispatch the hard copies within 5 days of on-line publication by courier.
